How to send parcel?

Instruction for sending a parcel


  • Packaging must be solid, the contents must not be accessible, should have sufficient space for attaching accompanying documents and address label. Maximum parcel dimensions: three-way combined length - 180cm, length - 100cm, all parcel above that sizes can be sent for extra charges.   • Quote, Choose and Order the service you would like to use via the website home page by pressing the Order button. Complete the parcel information form, choose collection date or drop off options

    You can:

    • Send or bring parcel to our warehouse yourself: Ukayexpress Unit 1 Cromwell Industrial Estate, Staffa Road, E10 7QZ, London, UK
    • Drop off a parcel to your local drop off points, usually within 5 minutes walk. We will send nearest addresses after receiving the booking
    • Order home collection. The parcel can be collected from home Mon-Fri 9.00-18.00
  • You can pay the cost of delivery on the website through PayPal, Bank card or immediately 24 hours from the moment of submitting the application to our account according to the invoice, which will be sent along with the documents. Please note overweight charges will apply for all parcels, if the weight exceed difference of 0.025 kg of the declared tariff bracket and 0.02 kg for small packets as well as administration fee of £2.50

  • After booking - you will be sent an email with documents that you need to print and stick on the parcel. For parcels to Russia, there will be 2 documents (a label for the courier and a label for the Russian Post with a tracker number and the recipient's address). For other countries, the number of labels may vary. If you have not received your email, please check your spam folder or email us. Please pay attention to the labels for the parcels are MANDATORY and you cannot give the parcel without them

  • If you want to send several packages, for each parcel you have to fill the booking form by clicking on the button add another.

  • If the weight or dimensions exceed those specified when you placed the order for the courier, additional payments may be charged

  • If you cannot wait for a courier, then you can use the Drop Off point service. Usually such points are located 5-10 minutes from your home. You can write to us in advance and clarify the points or bring the parcel to our warehouse in London. (Mon-Fri 09.00-18.00).

  • After receiving the payment, the package will be sent. You can track the delivery process online. Please keep track of the parcels, as the shelf life at the Russian Post Office and Mist is up to 2 weeks, otherwise the return process will begin, which may take up to 2 months
