How to send parcel?

Instruction for sending a parcel

  • Parcel needs to be well-packaged (preferably using cardboard packaging).

  • On one side of the parcel please put the addressee details (full name, address, postcode, region, telephone number).

  • Book the courier via the web-site home page by pressing the Order button. Complete the parcel information form, choose pick up date. Parcel can be collected from home Mon-Fri 9.00-18.00. Courier fee for parcel collection to Russia is free.

  • After we process your booking you will receive an email, where you will find an information, which you need to print and stick to the box. For the parcel to Russia it will be 2 documents ( courier collection label and Russian Post label with the tracking number and recepient). If you did not receive an email please check Spam box.Please pay attention, that the labels are MANDATORY!

  • If you want to send several packages, for each parcel you have to fill the booking form by clicking on the button add another

  • If the weight or dimensions exceed those specified when you placed the order for the courier, additional payments may be charged

  • If you can’t wait for courier, alternatively you can take the parcel to our London premises (address provided in contacts link, Mon-Fri 9.00-18.00, Sat 9.00-14.00) or use drop off point

  • Once we book collectiont, invoice with tracking number will be e-mailed to you. Invoice could be paid online by Bacs, via bank transfer or by Paypal

  • Once payment has been received the parcel will be forwarded to destination, tracking information will be e-mailed. From there on you will be able to track your parcel online. Please note, that the storage period on the Ruissian Posr branch up to 2 weeks.
