How to send parcel?

Instruction for sending a parcel

  • Parcel needs to be well-packaged (preferably using cardboard packaging).

  • On one side of the parcel please put the addressee details (full name, address, postcode, region, telephone number).

  • Book the courier via the web-site home page and complete the parcel information form, choose pick up date. Parcel can be collected from home Mon-Fri 9.00-18.00.

  • After we process your booking you will receive an email, where you will find an information, which you should put on the box. You can print it or just manually write on the box on another side on the box

  • If you want to send several packages, for each parcel you have to fill the booking form by clicking on the button add another

  • Put our warehouse address on the parcel as well

  • If you can’t wait for courier, alternatively you can take the parcel to our London premises (address provided in contacts link, Mon-Fri 9.00-18.00, Sat 9.00-14.00) or use drop off point

  • Once your parcel arrived to our premises, invoice with tracking number will be e-mailed to you. Invoice could be paid online by Bacs, via bank transfer or by Paypal

  • Once payment has been received the parcel will be forwarded to destination, tracking information will be e-mailed. From there on you will be able to track your parcel online.
